Data Deletion Policy

Overview
ReLUfy is committed to giving you control over your data, including data collected through our WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Google integrations. This policy explains what data we delete, how to request deletion, and how long it takes.
Who Can Request Deletion
- Customers (hospitality businesses using the ReLUfy dashboard) can request deletion of their account data and configuration at any time.
- Guests and end users who have messaged a ReLUfy-enabled business via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram can request deletion of their personal data, including message history, by contacting the business directly or ReLUfy at the address below.
How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data in any of the following ways:
- Submit a request through our data privacy portal: https://eu1.hs-data-privacy.com/request/WPfIxldydiaYge83GSjGww
- Email us directly at privacy@relufy.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including the phone number, email, or account identifier associated with your data.
- Message STOP or DELETE to any ReLUfy-enabled WhatsApp number to opt out of future messaging; for full deletion of historical message data, use option 1 or 2 above.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we delete or irreversibly anonymize:
- Account and profile information
- WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram message content and conversation history associated with the requester
- Phone numbers and contact identifiers
- Linked review and survey responses where they can be tied to the individual
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited data where required to:
- Comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations
- Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
- Maintain aggregated, anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked to you
Any data retained for these reasons is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
Timeline
We process and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Deletion at the Platform Level
If you disconnect or revoke ReLUfy's access to your Google, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram account, ReLUfy will stop processing new data from that account immediately. Previously collected data will be deleted in accordance with this policy upon request.
